Jonas & The Massive Attraction’s performance as part of the stellar line up for the “Avenir Lac Mégantic” benefit at the Bell Centre to raise money in support of the tragedy in Lac Mégantic, will be broadcast in French nationally throughout Canada on Sunday, August 25, 2013 at 8:00 Pm on Radio-Canada Television.
The performance will be broadcast as a telethon and donations will be accepted to help raise further money to help support victims of the tragedy and their families and the rebuilding of the town in conjuction with the City of Lac Mégantic and other organization in the region.
“Avenir Lac Mégantic” will also be broadcast simultaneously in Quebec on TVA, V-Tele and Télé-Québec.
As an official Ambassador of Lac Mégantic, Jonas is grateful to have the opportunity to help support the people of Lac Mégantic through this tragic time and hopes you will too by making a donation during the broadcast.
